Together the colors are meant to resemble a sunset, represent the sun setting on gender.
The first stripe is purple, representing agender indeviduals who present androgynously. The third stripe is pink, representing agender indeviduals who present femininly. The fifth stripe is orange, representing agender indeviduals who present masculinly. The last stripe is tellow, representing everyone who identifies as agender. The flag is made to represent anyone who is on the spectrum of agender, hence the name.
In order from top to bottom the stripes represent:

- Embracing both all genders and none
- The spectrum of agender identities, experiences, and presentations
- The freedom of presentation
- The joy of existing beyond gender
